Shipping policy

EU Shipping

Curve offers shipping to most of European countries from Curve HQ in Málaga, Spain. Local VAT is included in the price displayed at check out based on your delivery address. In some cases, we will send directly from Curve Production and Curve Assembly warehouses in China and Taiwan.  

We use a mix of DPD and DHL.

Shipping pricing is included in the overall sale price for our Framesets, Complete Bikes, Forks, Wheelsets. All other items are subject to shipping rates based upon weights and delivery location. Shipping rates for these items will be calculated at checkout. It's rare, but Curve Cycling may request additional charges for shipping, don't worry we will ask before any goods are shipped.

Switzerland & International Shipping

Curve offers international shipping to most countries from either Curve HQ in Australia, Cuve Europe in Málaga or Curve Production and Assembly warehouses in China and Taiwan. 

Swiss customers will have to pay VAT to the courrier upon delivery and is not included in the price at check out.

International shipping pricing is included in the overall sale price for our Framesets, Complete Bikes, Forks, Wheelsets. All other items are subject to shipping rates based upon weights, delivery location and international zones. Shipping rates for these items will be calculated at checkout. It's rare, but Curve Cycling may request additional charges for shipping, don't worry we will ask before any goods are shipped.  

Customs fees, duties and taxes

Custom fees, duties and taxes on orders may be charged by the destination country.

These charges must be paid for by the person receiving the parcel. If delivery is refused, all costs incurred for the return of goods will be charged to the customer.

Curve Cycling has no control over customs policies and charges, which varies from country to country.
